Phomla Hoichem Longleng organised facilitation programme on 13th September 2024 at PBCA hall Longleng, in honour of Dr. Chuchong Noklang, (EAC) first woman among the Phom community who obtained 3rd rank NPSC-NCS and Allied service examination 2023.

Dr. Chuchong Noklang, in her short address shared her experience, hard work and her life journey through NPSC exam.

Short speeches were proposed by the President Phom People’s Council, the Presented Phom Students Conference and Executive Secretary PBCA.

The programme was chaired by Ainyu Phom and welcome address was delivered by Mano Phom, President, Phomla Hoichem.
